Welcome to the Electro Hydration family and congratulations on your decision to change your water to a better, healthier and more economical alternative!
Here is how things work and what to expect as a new member.
We are located at 2174 Railroad Ave Hercules CA 94547
Our office business days are by appointment only:
Monday
Tuesday
Thursday
Friday
Appointment time slots:
11:00am-1:00pm
2:00pm-4:00pm
5:00pm-7:00pm
Water Delivery Days are every 1st and 15th of the month between the hours of 11:00am-7:00pm
For all members who opt-in for store pick up:

  1. Go to www.electrohydration.com
  2. Book an appointment in any of our available time slots
  3. Come to storefront on your scheduled appointment time
  4. While waiting for Electro Hydration employee to sanitize and fill your containers (15 mins), you can enjoy a live water demo
  5. Once finished, an Electro Hydration employee will assist with bringing your containers to your vehicle
Expect a weekly text reminder to come back for your next fill up!
For all members who opt-in for water delivery:
Upon first payment confirmation, you will receive your first delivery next available business day (every delivery thereafter will be on the 1st & 15th of every month)
Please leave all empty containers with screw tops on the porch readily accessible for water delivery drivers to pick up.
Any delivery made without empty containers for exchange will result in an additional fee added to your account including damaged containers and screwtops.
Missing or damaged containers are a $10 charge per container and $5 for missing or damaged screw tops.

1. How much is the delivery service?
Delivery service is $30/month in addition to whichever membership you choose.
2. When should I expect my next refill?
As a store pick up client, you are able to book an appointment and come into the store anytime you need a refill!
As a delivery client, you will receive your delivery every 1st and 15th of the month.
3. Do my monthly gallons roll over?
Unfortunately no, if you don't use it, you lose it. So make sure you are getting your refills!
4. When is my next payment due?
All payments are automatically withdrawn every 1st or 15th of the month depending on whichever works best for you!
5. How can I purchase a machine for my home?
To purchase your machine, just book a call through our appointment portal on www.electrohydration.com  and an Electro Hydration water expert will assist you with getting a machine shipped directly to your home so you can have unlimited access to the best water in the world!
